• We are allowing 15 Pax maximum occupancy in the Villa, inclusive of 6 Rooms.
• Additionally, up to maximum of 3 persons can be accommodated in the villa with extra cost.
• We are totally dependent on solar power for water and electric supply. Please put off fans and lights w h e n not in use to ensure continued power through the night. Also, we will request to save water because “Water is life don’t waste it “
• Please note some walls are in glass, you need to take care walking into glass walls.
• Close bathroom curtain after 6.00 pm
• You can enjoy with rivertour with only your four-wheel drive vehicles and your hiking tourfrom anywhere in our land.
• Need to have prior notice to have a BBQ facility.
• Any new taxes by the government resulting in additional cost will have to be borne by the Tour Operator/Travel Agent
• Standard check-in time of the resort is 13.00hrs. and check-out time is 10.30hrs
• Pets are not allowed
• You do not use the property for anything other than a holiday villa.
• Breakages and Damages - You will be responsible for any breakages, losses or damage caused by you or a member of your party during your stay in the accommodation. It is your responsibility to put right the damage or to make full payment to the hotel before departure and to indemnify us against any losses, damages or claims made against us.
• Hotel will not accept liability for any losses or damages of valuables left in rooms or left in any other places in the property.
